Sims Rival Life by You Delayed
Life by You, an upcoming alternative to The Sims, was due to enter Early Access in September. However, the game's developers have announced that the title's Early Access launch date has been delayed.
Life by You, which is expected to be substantial competition for The Sims, will enter Early Access a few months later than previously announced. Rod Humble, head of Paradox Tectonic, announced in a short video, that the new Early Access launch date is March 5, 2024.
We need additional time
Work on Life by You has extended a bit, and that's why Paradox Tectonic has decided to postpone the game's launch date in early access. Humble explained that the developers needed additional time to improve several gameplay elements.
- Graphics - The developers still want to work on animations, lighting or character and building models.
- Gameplay - the gameplay itself is to be improved.
- UI - improvements will be made to the interface.
- Modding tools - tools for modders are to be refined.
