Aliens: Dark Descent immerses players in a thrilling gameplay experience set in eerie locations inspired by the iconic Alien franchise. In this adventure, your survival depends on your cunning and resourcefulness as you evade the relentless xenomorphs lurking in the shadows. Arm yourself with an arsenal of weapons and tools to fend off these fearsome creatures and uncover the secrets of the perilous world that surrounds you. Sadly, the most dangerous opponent may be the game itself, as it is plagued by bugs. Many of them are connected to datapads. For example, players are unable to get more than 98% of completion in Dead Hills.

Aliens Dark Descent – datapad bug

As it was stated, there are many datapad bugs reported by players. Sadly, there is no working solution to these problems. You may try resetting the game or mission, but many fans were unable to fix the problem this way. It is problematic, especially, taking into consideration that one of the achievements – Archivist – requires you to find them all. Right now, only 0,8% of fans have this trophy and its rarity is probably largely connected to the technical problems.

Aliens Dark Descent – 98% Dead Hills completion

One of the most common cases of datapad bug is in Dead Hills location. There is a bugged datapad in front of a mine, which does not count into completion percentage. Luckily, it does not block the Archivist progress. Regardless, many fans, who would like to achieve 100% are frustrated.
