Assassin's Creed Nexus on First Trailer; Return of Ezio, Kassandra and Connor

We finally got to see the new installment of the Assassin's Creed series, Nexus VR, in action. The first trailer shows what the virtual reality gameplay will look like.

At the Ubisoft Forward 2023 event, the French unveiled their new game, Assassin's Creed: Nexus VR. We saw it for the first time in a short CGI trailer.

AC: Nexus VR is the next installment of the popular Assassin's Creed series, which this time will offer the players a unique experience thanks to virtual reality technology. The game's trailer demonstrates what gameplay can look like in this new format for the series, while providing a view of how virtual reality can intensify and enrich the viewer's experience.

In addition, reports have been confirmed that protagonists from previous installments of the series will return in Assassin's Creed: Nexus VR. Specifically, they will be Ezio Auditore da Firenze (AC II, Brotherhood and Revelations), Connor (AC III) and Kassandra (AC: Odyssey).

It is unclear whether we will be able to switch between them at any point in the game. Rather, the trailer suggests that each character will play levels specific to the era in which they lived.

Ubisoft assured that Assassin's Creed: Nexus VR will be released in late 2023. The title will be supported by the Meta Quest goggles.
